In the Summer of 2023, HPM Global Services performed by The City of Minneapolis for an extensive Exterior Door repair and painting project of the TARGET CENTER FIELD. Originally the scope of Job consisted of preparing doors and frames, by removing all surface loose and chipping paint for Painting 63 external Metal Doors, changing weather stripping and door sweeps. Complete clean up and painting of frames and bottom metal stiffeners of three (3) rubber overhead rollup truck doors. The project was completed efficiently, with the client receiving daily progress updates and clear communication throughout.
Scope: Removing all surface loose and chipping paint from Doors and frames, complete clean and painting of 63 external Metal doors, metal stiffeners and rollup truck door. Special material use: Macropoxy 646 Primer and Acrolon Ultra as topcoat. Color Pantone 425C
