In the Summer of 2024, HPM Global Services an extensive Interior Painting renovation and Drywall repairs at 20 apartments at HERITAGE PARK Apartments Vacant Units. The project was completed efficiently, with the client receiving daily progress updates and clear communication throughout.
The project consisted of Painting the entire unit, including Ceiling and walls at 3-, 2- and 1-bedroom apartments. The process included initial cleaning and degreasing the walls extensively uncleaned, execute Drywall repairs at walls and Ceilings in all Vacant Units. Sand and smooth surface, spot prime and finally Spray and back roll coats of Sherwin Williams, Super Paint, eggshell finish. Super Paint is an Acrylic, latex and low Voc. Dirt and stains resistance. Additionally, to that its sanitizing effects, easy washability an exceptional finish, made it excellent choice for this project. –
